A person who is denied bail has a right to a review of that order if the Justice of the Peace or Judge has made a legal error, or if there is a material change in circumstances. The bail review is heard by a Judge in the Superior Court who can review the order and release an accused person if warranted. Misha has experience conducting bail review hearings in the Superior Court in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario.
