Police investigative projects are long-term, complex police investigations, often used in investigations into alleged criminal organizations, drug trafficking networks, or homicides.  These investigations can involve multiple police forces spread across geographic areas.  Frequently, police use sophisticated investigative tools – production orders, search warrants, tracking warrants, and wiretaps – as part of their investigation.  Many individuals can be caught up in large scale police ‘take-downs’, when as many as dozens of people are arrested.  Key to defending individuals caught up in these advanced investigations are challenges to police actions as part of the investigation.  Misha has experience in successfully defending individuals charged in police projects.
